DESCRIPTION:NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED! \nAt the Orange Hall\, 397 Ontario Street (corner of University Ave.) Cobourg \nEvery year in September\, we invite anyone interested in learning to play a musical instrument\, as well as those with experience\, to visit our Open House\, meet some members\, and talk to our Music Directors.  Explore which instrument might be a good match for you and get some advice. Come with your questions. \nWe learn to play music in a fun\, no-pressure environment.  Join us this year on Thursday\, September 3rd\, 2026\, at 6:00 until 800 p.m.  This is a ‘drop-in’ event with no fixed program. Come and learn about our band.  Ask your questions. Some members will be there with their instruments and would love to demonstrate.  Bring a friend! \nBe sure to read this article by one of our former members about the joys of learning to play the tenor sax… which he began playing at age 76!
